“What do you think the ‘rules for effective inspection’ might be?”
 
Over the decades there have been lots of debates about what makes an inspection system effective. From this has emerged some consensus but also we have seen some disagreements – although, given the fact that every country has its own government and school system, this is to be expected. Adrian Gray, a former SICI EC member, has produced a short YouTube video to stimulate some debate about this. He has suggested twelve rules or guidelines – but do you agree, and do you think there should be some other ones?
