BIBESOIN Multiplier Event

Dear SICI members

The project ‘better inspection for better social inclusion' (BIBESOIN) brings inspectorates, quality assurance and evaluation departments from Wales, Estonia, Cyprus, Flanders and Malta and also stakeholders from Spain and France together. The partners represent different education systems in Europe. They are in different geographical regions of Europe and have different cultural and historical backgrounds. The stakeholders join the project as ‘critical friends’ to share and confront ideas, practices and methods at a transnational level.

The focus of the group’s work has been to share practice and approaches to evaluating how mainstream schools support disadvantaged children to achieve strong outcomes and wellbeing.  Together, the partners have developed the “TESSIE” which consists of a framework with suggested criteria for evaluating inclusion and equity in mainstream schools and a collection of the national frameworks and inspection tools of the project partners. 

We would like to invite you to the Multiplier Event on 16^th December 2021. This is an opportunity for the project partners to share TESSIE with you.

Due to health restrictions, the event will take place in a hybrid format.
